The staff, food, amenities, and atmosphere were exceptional.

Nice place for exploring Madrid. The hotel was in a favourable location, overlooking city. The breakfast was excellent - plenty of food. We appreciated the convenience of the standard double room, as well as a minibar, satellite television and an individual safe...

The bed was not really comfortable here.

We liked staff and location here. Satisfied with breakfast's price - EUR 10/day for a child under 12 years.

We asked for a room with a street view and were delighted to find that our request had been fulfilled. The location of the hotel, near the big international companies, was perfect for our business trip. The breakfast provided was delicious and the internet connection was greatly improved. We found the staff to be friendly and very helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Spa - Upon arrival the staff neglected to advise us the pool was closed the last day of our stay. When I rang to ask why I was told I should have used it earlier. No bathrobes where supplied either in the room or at the spa. We were charged €5 each for a cap to wear in the spa. Room - night was distrubed by moths flying around and the walls were so thin you could hear the person next door using the toilet. It certainly isnt a 5* hotel and expensive for what it is.

As a tourist, I really enjoyed the convenient location of Hotel Miguel Angel. the metro station right outside the door made it easy to explore the city. the surrounding area also had a lot to offer with cafes, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing valuable information about the city and its attractions. the rooms, while dated, were comfortable and clean. I was pleasantly surprised to find adjoining rooms, which made our stay even more enjoyable. the hotel provided good value for the price.

The staff was great, the hotel was very nice and comfortable. The rooms could use a little updating but all in all, it was enjoyable. I would recommend and would stay again.

The staff needed to be a bit clearer on what was included on the Club level. There was some confusion on the open bar.

Arrival at the excutive lounge, i had to wait for a few moments before they could check me in. Immediatly a glass of champagne was offered.A hotel which has lot to offer.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly, determined to assist us in any way possible. The hotel was very clean, and we enjoyed the facilities, especially the gym which was well-equipped. The location was also great as it was only 10 meters from the metro, making transportation around this city very convenient.

Absolutely nothing.

The room, the special facilities for the executive floor and the staff were very nice. We only were surprised that because being 1st of January the Spa was closed.

This hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, and there are great eateries close by. The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is also in close proximity to Serrano shopping area.

The room was very dated with a worn-out TV cabinet and limited lighting.

Awesome downtown location & good connection transport wise and a delicious and well-served breakfast were the best aspects of the hotel I stayed in on my recent business trip. The room also showcased an alluring view and was kept impeccably clean.

While the facilities were adequate, the outdated TV and lack of temperature control was a downside during my stay.

The private reception on the 5th floor was very good
